How this was collected
We pull the initial licensure fee and the renewal fee for each jurisdiction directly from that state's own board fee schedule or administrative code, cite the source by name, and record the date we checked it. A jurisdiction is only added once its facts are confirmed against its own board this way; 41 jurisdictions are verified and live as of this dataset's last update.
